👉 I defined, strategized, and delivered numerous features as well as holistically refined 24 Hour Fitness mobile app with weekly releases for thousands of active users resulting into 4.5 star App Store rating and 83% active users using the app
👉 I reimagined, simplified, and prototyped a complex in-app flow that made booking classes and personal trainings through the app possible with less steps increasing user retention by 8%
