I worked with Anna for 6 months in 2022. When she came on to the project, she was picking up the work of a couple of different designers before her. I dive deeply into the current issues, business, product, market, and user psychology. Then I target specific problems to solve, find multiple solutions and translate them into design.
My design process is based on real world data and is aimed at solving business challenges such as increasing revenue, user conversion, engagement, retention, acquisition, and more.
The impact of design & product decisions across the products I helped was measured as 17% engagement increase, 12% revenue growth, 13% higher user satisfaction, 4.8 stars app rating, and more.
